Who am I?
I'm Aimee — originally from the North, but I've called Cornwall home for over 10 years now. The one thing you should know about me is that I'm a massive foodie. I love talking about food, trying new flavours, and I'm pretty much always thinking about what I'm going to eat next!
My favourite question will always be: “What are you having for tea?”
Why I started Buttered
It all began when I got a butter churner for Christmas. I was fascinated by how double cream thickens and separates into butter — it completely blew my mind. I kept experimenting, making batch after batch, and then one day I thought… why not take it up a level?
That's when I started flavouring my butter — and Buttered was born.

What I'm about
I believe even the simplest food can taste incredible with the right seasoning — and my flavoured butters are designed to do exactly that.
These days, it can feel overwhelming not knowing how food is produced or packaged, so I wanted my butter to be as clean and transparent as possible. I carefully source my double cream, making sure I know where it comes from, how the cows are cared for, and how the milk is handled before it becomes cream. I work closely with local farmers so it arrives fresh, straight to my door.
The ingredients I use for flavouring are also locally sourced wherever possible and chosen for their quality. I use only natural ingredients — no preservatives, just pure, honest flavour the way it should be.

I take real pride in what I make, and I hope that care comes through in every butter. It's clean, it's fresh, and it's deliciously buttery.
